You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition

• With tags still attached

• Free from stains, perfume, or damage

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We’re happy to offer an exchange for any eligible item based on availability.

Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items or discounted pieces

• Items damaged through wear or improper care

• Custom or special-order pieces
